REPORTS




The CRM reports provides an overall view of sales activities.


CRM reporting is a core CRM feature that provides the summaries of performance metrics relevant to the role of each team member.


The most essential of these reports include quotes, sales report, sales performance and web inquiries.


To run a report in CRM, go to the "REPORTS" Navigation Pane appears on the left side.



In Report Viewer dialog box, Choose the report you want to DOWNLOAD.

 

The file contains CSV/EXCEL File format. Open the report once the download is complete.
