OPPORTUNITIES STATUS
Opportunities Status Report will give you an overview of the activity.
OPEN - The "Open" status indicates that a potential sales opportunity has been identified but has not yet progressed through the sales pipeline. This status serves as the starting point for tracking and managing the opportunity.
Initial Contact - Indicates that the first communication with the potential customer has taken place. This could be through email, phone call, or an in-person meeting.
Qualification - The sales team is assessing the prospect's needs, decision-making process, and overall fit for the company's services.
Pitch / Proposal - The "Pitch/Proposal" status indicates that the sales team is preparing and delivering a detailed proposal or quotation to the prospect.
Closing - Indicates that the sales team is in the final stages of securing the deal. This involves finalizing terms and negotiating any remaining details.
Closed - The "Closed" status indicates that the opportunity has reached a final outcome. This status can be further categorized into "Closed (Won)" or "Closed (Lost)." The "Closed (Won)" sub-status indicates that the deal has been successfully closed and the prospect has become a customer. The "Closed (Lost)" sub-status indicates that the deal did not go through and the prospect did not become a customer.
